These terms govern your use of RPS Tactics, published by Biz4Cloud Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Installing or playing the game means you accept them.
Your account
The game creates an account for you automatically the first time you open it, without asking you to register. That account is tied to your device.
Link it to an Apple or Google account to make it recoverable. An unlinked account exists only on that device: replacing or resetting the device loses it, and we cannot recover it for you — including any currency you have bought. Linking is offered in the game and can be done at any time.
Linking uses Sign in with Apple on iOS and Google Sign-In on Android. An account linked on one platform is not recoverable on the other.
Virtual items and currency
- Diamonds, gold, cosmetics and season passes are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They are not your property, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player or account.
- All purchases are consumed when granted and are not refundable by us. Refund requests go to Apple or Google, under whichever store's rules applied to the purchase.
- A season pass applies to the season in which it was bought. Buying it a second time in the same season is refused rather than charged twice.
- Nothing purchasable changes the outcome of a match. Purchases affect appearance and progression speed only.
Fair play
Do not modify the game, automate play, exploit defects, or interfere with other players' matches. We may suspend or close an account that does, and a closed account forfeits its balances without refund.
Advertisements
Advertisements are optional and only ever start because you chose to watch one for a reward. The game shows no advertisement on its own.
Availability and changes
The game is a live service. We may change, add or remove features, adjust balance and economy values, run seasons, and take the service down for maintenance. We may discontinue the game entirely; if we do, we will announce it in the game beforehand.
Liability
The game is provided as-is. To the extent Turkish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost virtual items arising from an account you did not link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer rights that your local law grants you and does not allow to be waived.
