Delete your account
Two ways, depending on whether you still have the game.
If you still have the game installed
Open Settings → Delete account in the game. It is the fastest route and it confirms who you are without anyone having to look anything up.
If you have uninstalled it
Email us and we will delete the account for you. Include your player id if you know it, and the email address linked to the Apple or Google account you signed in with — without one of those we cannot tell which account is yours, and we will not delete an account on a guess.
We answer within two business days.
What deletion removes
- Your account and its sign-in links
- Your diamonds, gold, season progress and trophies
- Any purchases you have made — these are not refundable by us, and deleting is not a refund
What stays
Matches you played remain in the other players' records, because a match belongs to two people and removing one side would corrupt the other's history. What is left carries no name, no email and no device — nothing that points back to you.
